Before You Get in Touch

In most cases we can have you checked in within 24–48 hours. For longer-term bookings with more specific requirements, allow 3–5 days. Get in touch and we’ll tell you exactly what’s available.

Our minimum stay is 7 nights. We cater for stays from one week up to 12 months, with no lock-in beyond your agreed term. Extensions can be arranged with just a few days’ notice.

Yes — this is something we do routinely for contractor and corporate clients. We send clean, itemised invoices with VAT receipts directly to your accounts team. Just let us know when you enquire.

Yes. All utilities — electricity, gas, water, council tax, and high-speed WiFi — are included in your quoted weekly or monthly rate. There are no hidden charges or usage caps.

Yes. We can accommodate teams of any size by placing members in multiple nearby properties, managed under a single booking and invoice. Tell us your headcount when you enquire and we’ll find the best arrangement.
